Our Story - Therapies4services:

"Honouring Lance Sergeant Daniel Collins, and supporting those who serve"

Therapies4Services was set up in memory of Lance Sergeant Daniel Collins to provide compassionate support to serving military personnel, veterans, reservists, emergency services, and their families and carers.

The Story Behind Our Work:

Following Daniel’s passing in 2012, our founder, Morwenna Pitkin,, worked with several organisations supporting veterans organisations and emergency services. Inspired to do more, she decided to set upTherapies4Services in 2017, officially registered in 2018.

Milestones & Recognition

We proudly signed the Armed Forces Covenant in early 2019 and received the Bronze ERS Award, followed by the Silver ERS Award later that year, and the Gold ERS Award in 2023. We were also honoured at the Welsh Veterans Awards, receiving Silver in the Health and Wellbeing Award category in both 2024 and 2025, recognising our ongoing commitment to supporting those who serve.

Continuing Daniel’s Legacy:

Today, we continue Daniel’s legacy by offering advocacy, peer support, and mental health resources, ensuring that no one in our community has to navigate their journey alone.
